Three reasons your idea is still an idea.
And the fix is not building it. AI removed the build constraint. It never touched the customer one, which is why so many people now have something working and nobody using it.
For people with ten, fifteen, twenty years in one industry, sitting on an idea or on something they have already built. You have probably never had to raise money or make a sale in your professional career. That is the gap this is about.

Watch the 1:50 preview
Three things that stop it. Three things to do instead.
Not a talk about mindset. Three specific things that stop an idea like yours, and what to do about each one this week. You will finish with a first draft of your own one sentence.
- The template: I help this person, who has this problem, get this outcome
- Three checks that tell you whether yours lands, including the one about saying it out loud without cringing
- Why "small businesses" is not a person, and what to write instead
- My own first attempt, which was useless, and the version that replaced it
- The three things I cut from my own build, including the login screen nobody needed
- What to do manually for now instead of automating it
- Portability: the currency, naming and timezone calls that cost nothing today and a fortune in two years
- Why the friends and family who signed up are not signal
- Three routes to at least twenty-five conversations, starting with your own network's network
- Why twenty-five, and what it is honestly not
- What counts as a yes, and why "that sounds great, send me more info" is not one
- How to ask for the introduction rather than the meeting
A yes is money in your account. A date locked in. A signature. Everything before that is someone being kind to you.
From the session, around nineteen minutes inPause it, skip it, come back to it.
There is a worksheet that goes with it, and one point where I ask you to stop the video and write your own sentence before carrying on. That bit matters more than the rest.
- 00:00Who this is for, and who it is honestly not for
- 05:30The one sentence, and the template
- 08:50Three checks: the person, the problem, the cringe test
- 10:35My own sentence, and why the first version was useless
- 11:55Pause here and draft yours
- 12:10The build trap, and what I cut from my own build
- 14:20Portability: currency, naming, dates
- 16:55At least twenty-five conversations, and where to find them
- 18:45What actually counts as a yes
- 19:50The whole plan, and what to do this week
It is thirty-two minutes. Worth knowing if it is yours.
Watch it if
- You have ten years or more in one industry and you know exactly what is broken in it
- There is an idea you have been carrying, or something you have already built with AI
- Almost nobody is using it, and the ones who are might be related to you
- You have never had to raise money or make a sale, and it shows
- You are not about to quit a good job to find out whether it is real
Skip it if
- You already have paying customers. You are past this, and I will say so
- You want someone to build the product for you
- You are not willing to have at least twenty-five conversations. That is the whole method
- You are looking for funding rather than proof
Your email, and it plays straight away.
I send the link and the worksheet to that address so you can come back to it. Then a handful of short emails over the following week. Every one of them asks you a real question, and I answer every reply myself.
